BALANCED SMOOTHIE

Greens, protein, healthy fats, fiber, superfoods, antioxidants, omega-3s! This smoothie is full of nutrients to leave you nourished and satisfied.
The creamy texture! It’s milky, nutty and yummy!
I really just love that it’s…balanced! It’s packed with the right combination of macronutrients and superfoods to keep my blood sugar, hormones, and energy in balance.
Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or your favorite plant-based milk)
1 cup/handful fresh organic spinach
1/4 cup fresh or frozen organic blueberries
1 serving unsweetened collagen protein (or other low sugar protein)
1 tbsp flaxseed meal
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp unsweetened sunflower seed butter
1/2 tsp cinnamon (ceylon, if possible!)
Instructions
Blend and serve!
*Add ice if you want it cold!
* Color may vary depending on what a handful of spinach means to you :)
