My Go-To Smoothie

 
 

3 things I love about this smoothie:

  • It’s super satisfying. With greens, protein, quality healthy fats, fiber, antioxidants, omega-3s, this smoothie is full of nutrients to nourish and satisfy you.

  • The creamy texture. I use a Vitamix blender, which helps! (And I love my stainless steel container.

  • It’s simple, easy, and balanced! It has the right macronutrients and superfoods to balance blood sugar, hormones, and energy.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup filtered water or unsweetened plant-based milk

  • 1 handful of fresh or frozen organic greens (spinach or kale)

  • 1/4 cup fresh or frozen organic blueberries

  • 1 serving chocolate protein (this is my favorite)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed

  • 1 tbsp unsweetened sunflower seed butter

  • Optional: Ice cubes if you want it cold

Instructions

  1. Blend well and serve!
