What are the health benefits of tahini?

Tahini is made from sesame seeds and is a good source of healthy fat, protein, fiber, antioxidants, and vitamins / minerals like calcium, phosphorous, and iron. Tahini supports skin health, heart health and immunity!

What to put tahini butter on:

  • toast

  • bread

  • pancakes

  • noatmeal

  • anything else you can think of! or just eat it by the spoonful.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup tahini

  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree

  • 2 tsp maple syrup

  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Combine all the ingredients. Serve immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container for 5-7 days.
